Set aside the photos and VHS tapes you would like to preserve. You can start with a few favorites.

Choose pickup or mailing
Choose local pickup in Boca Raton, or mail your collection. Mailing address: to be announced. Please wait for instructions before sending anything.

Enjoy them all over again
Choose a USB stick, photos on an iPad, or a password-protected website. Your original photos and tapes are returned to you.

Loose photo scanning
600 DPI scans with basic cropping and rotation, delivered as digital files.

Your collection’s rate applies to every loose photo in the order. For example, 600 photos cost $330 for scanning. Album pages, fragile photos, and oversized photos are quoted separately.
VHS transfers
$30 per tape
Includes up to two hours of footage converted to a digital file.
Longer tapes: add $10 per additional hour beyond the first two hours.
$75 minimum per order
Applies to scanning and VHS transfers combined. It is a minimum, not an extra fee. Delivery options and optional services are added separately.

A USB stick
$25
One USB stick, up to 64 GB, loaded with your digital files.
Photos on an iPad
$95 setup
Load up to 1,000 scanned photos, with up to one hour of setup and instruction. Any new iPad costs extra and is approved by you first.
A private website
$149 setup
Plus $60 per year. A password-protected gallery of up to 1,000 photos. Video hosting and larger collections are quoted separately.
Local pickup & return
Pickup only: $35. Pickup and return delivery: $60 total.
Complimentary pickup and return when scanning and VHS transfer charges total $400 or more after discounts. Standard pickup rates apply within 10 miles of our business location; we’ll confirm availability and any longer-trip costs before booking.
Pickup includes a brief collection review. Sorting, scanning at your home, and device instruction are separate services. Mail-in customers pay shipping both ways; please wait for mailing instructions before sending your collection.
Optional services & special touches
- Basic AI photo enhancement
- $5 per selected photo, with individual review.
- Detailed photo restoration
- From $25 per photo. Scratches, fading, and damage are quoted after inspection.
- Digital picture frame setup
- $75 plus the frame cost. Load up to 200 already-digitized photos, with up to 45 minutes of setup.
- Printed photo book
- $125 design fee plus printing and shipping. Up to 20 pages and 50 selected images, with one revision.
- Canvas print
- $35 for image preparation and ordering, plus printing and shipping.
- Sorting & organizing
- $60 per hour for mixed collections or detailed folders.
Scanning and restoration are separate from product charges. Hardware and printing costs are approved before purchase.

Do I need to know how to use a computer?
No. Choose the way you would like to enjoy your memories. A USB stick, photos on an iPad, or a private website keeps the options simple.
Can I mail my photos and tapes?
Yes, mail-in service will be available. The mailing address is still to be announced. Please wait for packing and mailing instructions before sending your collection.
Will my family be able to see the photos?
A password-protected website gives you a way to share your memories with the family members you choose. You can also share files from your USB stick.
How much will my project cost?
Loose photo scanning is 50¢–65¢ per photo, depending on the number of photos in your order. VHS transfers start at $30 per tape, with a $75 minimum scanning/transfer charge per order. See our pricing options for delivery and optional services. We’ll confirm your total before work begins.
